Vera Burns is a secretary for both Twin Bridges City Police Department and Detective Leo Hayes. Vera keep her paws busy dealing with paperwork for the police department, she keep her nose clean not saying anything rude, but slip a little show how tough she can be when push too much. At most times, Vera work at Detective Leo Hayes office at his apartment building. She know he not at the office at time, either working on a case, or getting drunk at the casino bar. Vera doesn't complain that much with Detective Leo, since secretly she is his little niece. Her real name is Samira "Queen Bee" Fortuna she is the daughter of the big crime boss Big Mama Fortuna. Vera use a fake name to cover up her ties with her mother. At times, she use her connection to help both her mother and uncle as well. Vera know it risky playing two side on the same coin, but her mother had trained her to trick the person mind and get out from sticky situation. The Nickname Queen Bee was something most of her mother worker usually call her, do of her clothing style base around bee related things, but her signature honey perfume is always wear on herself. Vera is naturally tall at least 8 or 9 feet. Finding clothing that fit on her isn't exactly easy, but thanks to her mom tailor it made things easy. During free time Vera actually stay at Detective Leo Hayes office to keep the place clean before heading home. At time she fallow her uncle from a distance to make sure he doesn't get harm or worst. Vera doesn't like to fight, but that doesn't stop her from taking out ones who dare to do bad things with the people she care about. Vera care about her uncle much, even if she never met him in person before. She learned alot about him from her mom of the story she told her at a young age. Vera also see him as a father figure, since she never knew about her father that much.
