She's lucky and strong willed. Most driders tend to completely succumb to their instinct and become wild beast with no memory of the drow they once where. Although, some might argue that awareness and memories is the worse fate for a drider as she will always be haunted by the life she can never have back and by the lost of the man she loved and devoured. And also the knowledge that her kind and any adventurers parties she'll meet will try to kill her on sight. Poor girl.

Yeah She has a lot to fear and drows to fear from her
