Another DA poll winner and it's none other than the Tops foster mom Carla Brown Cow giving Toppy a cuddle and comforting him. Toppy was feeling blue (not just because of his scales) that there have been some people who thinks that a cow raising four miniature triceratops is strange so she is letting him know that it doesn't matter if they are all different or not blood related. They are a family and she loves him and his brothers very much.
