Young man who works slash lives in the underground library of the Empire (chain ends at the door to the dungeon, needed to prevent getting lost). Doesn't like violence and faints at the sight of blood, which does not interfere at all with his hobby of collecting torture instruments.

Also he's probably able to hover at least a few seconds but his aerodynamic sucks and he'll probably fall like a loser
