Gooner may seem like your typical, simple-minded antagonist, but there’s a lot more to him.


You see, Gooner acts stupid in the cartoons to cash in on the formula you’d find in all cartoons; that being the prey being smarter than the predator. However, with that said, Gooner’s real personality is to be a quirky, positive guy who lifts his friends (Leroy, Serene and Darble) spirits’ up. The other side of Gooner is him being a lot more sinister and not so very friendly. Thankfully, he doesn’t show that side much.
