I did the line work for this a while back.Was drawing yet another mermaid and I wanted to do something different. I thought about the mermaids you normal see in cartoons and such, and it seemed like they were always blond or redhead, so I thought about doing a dark haired mermaid. Once I finished I thought about it, and figured it might be cool to give her dark skin as well. I actually had done coloring on this before but a crash caused me to lose all the work, so I'm just now getting back to it. I hope you like it.
