Maxine and Mina are a couple - they are regular patrons of the Lucky Star, the bar that Vera performs at. The two of them absolutely adore her singing, they are her biggest fans. Maxine is the more reserved of the two, but still very energetic. Meanwhile, Mina is a bit loopier; she's bold and likes to take risks. Of particular note, she managed to convince Maxine to take a certain gal they met at the bar home with them - and that girl was Barb, who has since had regularly flings with them.
