This year blood screen is PERFECT gave up alchool xcept for a cider on saturday, and I'm killing myself with water gym, it apparently made the trick (got a genetic predisposition for age related diabetes and my blood sugar was slightly high for two years). Didn't lose a gram but hey menopauz 🦄

You know, both my parents died relatively young exclusively due to their bad habits. Both were alcoholic, my mother was anorexic, and their negative example was gold to me. You can't fuck with your health indefinitely. Maybe tomorrow I'll be killed by a satellite falling or some other stuff but i don't want to help my bad luck as they did.
