This is Crestov, a Russian Cat Space Marine Superhero

Backstory:
He was born in Russia, and lived there for a while, until he died at the age of 14...
But scientists came along and brought him back to life, but his resurrection came at a cost of losing his right eye and some of his nose.
What Crestov decided to do with his second chance, is to become a space marine and later on... move to America. He was wanting to protect humanity and him becoming a Superhero too, is something he always wanted to do.
So eventually, he became a space marine at the age of 24 and protects the planet.
