Well, looks like Bowser got into his own trouble when he somehow took a bite into the Yoshi balloon! It must've been pretty big originally, because Bowser is now as big as a hot air balloon in this situation!
Funnily enough, this is the 3rd time I've done something similar to the Mack Mallard Inflation Scene from Migration, but now with Bowser rather than the ones I've done with Pokemon characters. Honestly, I haven't drawn Bowser in so long, since the last time I drew him was back in Summer 2023. Of course with the drawing skills I'm used to now, Bowser actually turned out really good here! I feel like the shell is wide on him, but I guess that could add to the stretching inflation charm. This also gave me the great opportunity to mix my digital & pixel styles together, at least the pixel part when it comes to the SMW assets.
