For the longest time now I've wanted to take on a project where I draw caricatures of famous furry characters / artists and I've always had a problem getting it right
I've found out why
with a majority of the characters that exist in the fandom they're just too...perfect.
they're soft curvy characterless characters
there's no contrast, no unique feature to amplify, any feature I pick to amplify wouldn't be unique to the character, it would just be generic "oh look he's a girly boi, I'm gonna make his lips and his hips HUGE, done" which isn't a caricature at all.
