Well, not only Mew found a better way of floating, but Latias also found a better way of levitating! By getting inflated, of course. I wonder what Latios would think of Latias at her round size floating like this.
Yeah, I decided to make the title sort of similar to the Mew inflation thing I've done, which is also why I wrote a description with Mew being involved as well. Honestly, I was almost gonna decline this request since I find Latias sort of hard to inflate, but thankfully I did find a work around sort of and it turned out pretty good! The only thing I forgot from this are the balloon-like shines around the top of Latias' body, but other than that it's not that bad for my first time doing Latias inflated. The background also comes from PMD Red Rescue Team this time since I've already done some with the Explorers of Sky & Time/Darkness backgrounds, despite Latias' sprites being from Pokemon B&W.
