Alright fellas, so this char's a treat. I collabed really hard with snoutless back then on making this Lilligant's personality and the way she is.
Also part of snoutless 's Pokemon Academy universe, Lilli is what I describe as a competitor.
Seeing so much art of cute Lilligants made me want to work on a character that's a total bully, has sass, and is able to back that up as a really strong fighter. A mean spirited Lilligant is truly something to behold, especially if she starts calling you a total loser and roasting your self-esteem.

As another antagonist of sorts to the main cast, she rose up the ranked ladder to instill awe into those grass types who can't stick up for themselves and fear into anyone facing her, she absolutely relishes humiliating any opponent in a fight through just sheer power and tactical efficiency. (Nine's a bit too op but anyone else is good).
She will swap moves and abilities for the perfect counters. We've all been there when our mon has been paralyzed, confused, debuff stacked to oblivion and watch as all your damage gets healed up by giga drain like it didn't even matter.
With drain moves, beams, and status effects, she's an absolutely dangerous foe to go up against for Lu and the gang.

She does all of these tournaments and her aggression to win is ultimately backed by helping fund her mother's medical bills and flower shop.
