The ICA was the land army of the Empire of Cetus. Over the centuries, they been proven to be a tought oponent in combat, however in the 20th century, things changed

The Imperial Cetan Army before the Corvun invasion in 1908 was suffering from severe menpower shortages, whoch meant they had too many suplies, but not enought soldiers to hand them to. So when Corvus invaded in 1908, Cetus had to fight with a small army with outdated weaponry

In 1909 the army saw some reforms, but it did very little to help them in their war (due to their menpower shortages) Things got worse when the Anterean Imperial Army invaded from the south. This forced the already thin cetan army to be streched thiner in the north and mostly defenseless in the south

By mid 1912, the ICA collapsed, as well as the Empire of Cetus
