Left to Right: my mum (1985), Geddy Lee, Alex Lifeson, Neil Peart (1975?).
This took about a month and a half. I wanted to do something big for my mum for Mum's day and thought I would do her favourite band, Rush, with her in the background.
I was inspired by listening to Rush's first couple albums and Vapor Trails (my favourites of theirs). And the cover of their DVD "Rush: Beyond the Lighted Stage".
It was a lot of fun to paint and probably my best painting to date! :D And mum really liked it!
