After his awakening magthyr has found a particular joy in gathering gems and then refining them into all manner of trinkets and jewels. When his duties as an evoker allow anyway. its a demanding hobby but one he does whenever he gets the chance. the feeling of finding a pristine gem and thinking about just what he could do with it as he inspects it never gets old
