A couple of weeks ago, my dad had to undergo a severe surgery. A dangerous one, that could have easily killed him or sent him into a wheel chair.
The alternative sadly looked the same, untreated. So he took the risk, knowing it was the only chance.
And, it succeeded. My dad is alive and can walk, with help at least. Now there is a long process of healing. The damage will stay, but he might have gotten some more pleasant years to come and enjoy!
I was in great turmoil as well during that time, as I live farther away and had to drive back and forth and was close to a mental breakdown.
To cheer me up and wish my dad luck, I got this sweet gift from my buddy
Saiver, showing Sascha, his (and my own IRL) favorite plushie lynx Sammy ... and THE symbol for good luck: a 4-leaf clover.
And I guess, it helped! So thank you very much!

No need to thank me, I'm just glad the candle and the leaf helped that your father did well now.
In hard times we need to show support and love, that's what makes us human (or our Sonas).
