Trans Ukrainian Airlines flight 017 was a scheduled passenger flight from New York's JFK International Airport to Kyiv, Ukraine. After takeoff, the Boeing 767-300ER suffered some form of structural failure and crashed near Petsburg's Music Festival in sight of spectators. There were no survivors among the 194 people onboard. Most were Ukrainian decent. Investigation was still ongoing in a string of crashes happening in a span of 5 months

Update: I drew "Trans Ukrainian" in English under the Ukrainian one and named the plane "Polish Bird," which is written in Ukrainian.
