The Lustrous Union's activities are very dense. A lot of their personnel require the physical capabilities to carry their medical and combat equipment in and out of the fort, and for that, their staff are well-trained in the ways of shaping themselves up.
This muscular shark exemplifies the effectiveness and prowess of their logistics staff. One could hear him shuffle and make loud groaning breaths through his mask and heavy uniform while lifting multiple heavy crates around and into the medical wards and arsenal, presumably out of pleasure or heaving. One thing's for certain - he enjoys his work, and even moreso his fine appearance...
