Well the vocals were extremely soft and because of that they seemed unatural and unfiting to this song. But that is obviously because of the cercumstances. Other than that, your voice was very fitting with this. I'm sure it must have been difficult to sing some of those higher notes while being "silent" hahaha

With that part you are right. There are specific ways to sing songs that will give it certain feeling like you said.
I listened to a song one time where the singer recorded himself upside down for a specific sound. (It was pretty cool).
So yeah, I agree about that. It did add a creepyness to it.
