Some days, all you can do is put some music on and just let the mind wander... hopes, dreams, desires, fears, and feelings slowly coalescing along the way into a coherent thought. If you're lucky, anyway. Most of the time, existing is the best you can do, and that's okay."

Reposting my first fully original piece on the new name here! Sketched and painted by myself all the way through, the culmination of quite a lot of practice earlier this year. At the start I couldn't even draw a head properly! I've relied on my painting skills and grasp of colors for far too long, I couldn't ever stand on my own two feet (hands, actually? lol) and just do fully original stuff. I still have a long ways to go before I can fully show others what I'm feeling and what's inside my mind, but I hope I'll get many more opportunities to. For now though, I feel like I've successfully created my first non-static piece that fully sets a mood, I'm proud of the effort I've put in even a few months later. Still, I want to create more!

... I really need to think about a proper/better signature though. Oh well, I'll worry about that when I actually get back to drawing lol.
