I hate that I can't add more o's to pop or it'll sound too different and like.. something else.

The hospital ended up very close to a half size frame, I wasn't sure if I should scale that one up since the blimps maybe look better when obviously bigger, but here it is as such.

Well you could just use a different onomatopoeia instead, and especially for a balloon / blimp this huge bursting it wouldn't necessarily be a "POP!" there's such a large amount of sudden air transfer it might even sound like a "BOOOM" or "BANG" too which those you can spam the O's and A's respectively as much as you want. :P
Great art though! I love the extra panel of him looking embarrassed at the hospital! ^^
