I feel like the scroll is the most likely to enable further shenanigans. The rest are just trophies, unless they're enchanted, but the scroll could have valuable secrets even if there's no magic there.

… and if there IS magic involved, a scroll detailing it is the most likely to be exploitable at large scale. It's hard to duplicate an enchantment, but it's easy to duplicate instructions, or a map…

… Also, the amulet is the most likely one to be the phylactery of a lich capable of stealing your body and leaving you a passenger… at best. Other sorts of curses can be fought or subverted, but once your soul is ripped out of your body you're functionally dead.
