Seque didn't like using guns. They were loud, unreliable and most importantly they left evidence behind. Bullet casings if left behind could easily be used to trace the owner or owners of a gun. That, combined with gunpowder that dusted the wielders clothes and it was a simple task for the authorities to pin the firing of a weapon onto you.
However it wasn't going to be Seque that was caught with the gun. The Husky had been provided with the Beretta M9 pistol for a purpose. The gun was going to be traced back to someone else. Someone that his employers wanted to take the fall. Someone that was going to be caught red handed the next day with a small arsenal in his trunk. Seque would be paid handsomely for his work. The administrator he'd shot was extremely corrupt and was not well liked at all. The man that would take the fall for his murder would be the bureaucrat's second in command.
Getting in was easier than Seque thought. A fake employee badge got him as high as the administrative level. His target was staying late and the darkened office hallways gave off a creepy vibe as the hunter Husky crept through, his feet barely forcing a hush out of the carpet. A minute later he arrived at his target's office. Sitting to screw the silencer onto his weapon, the Husky looked in the direction of the door he'd be opening... he imagined the look of surprise that would be etched onto the man's face as he squeezed the trigger, silencer keeping a grip on the shot, hushing it. Taking a deep breath, Seque stood and walked to the door...
I love Patto's colouring. It's so damn good, it makes my Husky look like some kind of ice cream that I could... lick. Ahem. Kinda went a bit nuts on the narrative of this one. Hope it's readable at the very least and enjoyable at the very most. Naturally this was worth every penny that I paid for it. If you can commission Patto I suggest you do so, you won't be disappointed, enjoy!
