Things to note:
I don't have a preference for bodily control. Whether the transformee is flailing about trying to figure out their new form or takes to it like a fish to water, I enjoy it.
I'm thoroughly uninterested in anything actually explicit, however I went a few bars out from just Wholesome to make room for "suggestive" TFs that aren't explicit but may come off as implicit. After all, sometimes I turn my characters into Bimbos, and while I directly avoid the oversexualization part of it and focus more on the "no thoughts, head empty" and "doll-bodied in skimpy outfits" aspects, that is a type of TF that tends to lean more towards the suggestive side.
Similarly, on identity retention, I don't like identity death at all, even in temporary scenarios, though identity overlaying, mixing and the like are fine for me. As long as the original individual is still there.
For Sensation, it's really not a priority, but I don't like excessive pain nor excessive pleasure.
For Permanence, I'm fine with everything up to and including true permanence, as long as it's reversible in some way. For example, being turned into a LEGO model, disassembled and reassembled into something else and put on display is entirely fine with me, as long as the potential to restore the individual by reassembling them back into their original form and reversing the process exists. Even if it doesn't actually get used.
For animacy, even "aware inanimate objects" are fine. Again, as long as the original individual is still there.
For consent, I shy away a little from forced TFs but if it's done in a humorous manner I like it, like the time Virmir got turned into a Hippo by Mara. I interpret unintentional as either the transformee or another party accidentally triggering the TF, i.e. "you pick up a duck in the dungeon and now you're a frumious bandersnatch" or "your partymate picks up a duck in the dungeon and now they're a magical girl and you and the rest of the party are now their outfit".
For reaction, I'm not a fan of someone being horrified by their new form. Initial shock is fine, but TFs for me are a form of escapism for me and the TFee being disturbed by their new form kinda breaks that. Also, the whole "I'm a monster, turn me back" thing happens so much in popular media and it's really annoying.
