I let my colored pencils sit in the corner of my room for a very long time, and after finding some inspiration from some new contacts, I decided to break them out again! Not wanting too difficult of a subject matter, I picked a cutesy and simpler Pokemon, Jumpluff, from Gen 2. I used a cheap Artist Loft set, so I tried my best to blend the appropriate colors. My focus was on proper layering, even mark making, and burnishing. The body and eyes came out alright, but I think the cotton puffs could have used more time.
