Spirit turned the corner so quickly, clumsily that he fell to his knees. He began to get up, but paused, able to see his silver sheen back at himself, blurred on the smoothed stone wall. He reached for it, stroking a paw over the image. It was at that moment he realized tears has streaked his face, mixing with the blood that flowed from his brow. "No. ." His claws pushed roughly against the rock wall, penetrating it's surface with a sickening snap. "This isn't me. ." His breathing labored as his head pushed against the cool wall. "This. . Can't be me. ." He lifted his eyes with a chocked sob. "What have I done..."

Ignore the sucky writing. It's from the rough draft with a couple things poked at. But anyway! Tis Spirit.
