maxx is the leader of the eastern neo-north america chapter of the Phoenix Freedom Fighters, a rebel group fighting the Empire of the Singular World Order. when he was 15, he watched the empire murder his parents via firing squad, as they were suspected of treason. he has been fighting for the rebellion ever since. at 25 years old, he has a lot on his mind, like keeping the 200 troops with him safe and hidden from the empire. he believes in an ideology where if you strike hard and fast, you need not strike again. he owns an astromech named R4-G33, which he named Ar-Gee. Maxx dies in the second battle of neo-tokyo, giving his life to shield rocket raccoon from blaster fire, at the climax of my novel
