How can we blame an innocent dragon for crossing the road there when there is a lack of proper accommodating infrastructure in the city?
If you ask me this sounds like a systemic prejudice against dragons. What else are they to do if they need to cross the road but jaywalking is illegal and there are no dragon crosswalks? They are forced to commit a crime to just live normally like the rest of us. And of course all the casualties and destruction is purely just a consequence of this.... no other reason.
