Some history and facts; Neacel grew up in a violent home, with both parents being heavy alcoholics and drug abusers, neither taking time for him unless they wanted a punching bag. This led him to grow into an aggressive, and often violent person. When he first met a military officer he attacked him after the other called him a spoiled brat. This caused him to be taken into military school, where he found he could take out his anger and aggression on other things, and he quickly became a highly respected and ranked member. He got his codename from his love for blood and wearing red clothes. When he learned about the super soldier program he joined, wanting to be more able to let out his anger and be stronger. He met Lyall there, before they both got fully accepted into the program, and for the first time in his life he met someone he couldn’t get mad at, nor that seemed to mind his issues. After the program was done Neacel got furious as he found out they had erased Lyall’s memories. He spent time learning his own powers and making Lyall trust him again. His new ability included control over blood, a strong bite and abnormal inhuman strength. His long hair can also fuse with special wing bones in his back and give him flight, though he cant fly for too long, as he lacks the needed muscles. Standing only 5, 5 feet tall he have some temper issues about his height, and will kill those insulting it. He cannot eat solid food, and lives mostly on blood.
