(Idk if anything here counts as a spoiler, its kinds a general over view.. might even be in the blerb of the series... its nothing that stops the show being worth watching but your warned anyway. Watch Violet Evergarden)

I mentioned this in a journal, but I watched "Violet Evergarden". I don't think i've watched something thats spoke to me this much since I was a small child. (That show was Forrest Gump, but its speaks less to me now as I have changed as I grew.)

Violet Struggles with her emotions a lot, stuggles to identify what feeling is what emotion. Thats something I do... or fail to do I guess. I've got anger and sadness down, but deeper than that? not really. Even happiness isn't something I can always identify.
She has a rather dead pan face, for better or worse has folks comment on such.. Yeeee, I don't emote much outside of friend groups. Even with the family I get it. I get told to smile and I try, but they repeat it as if I didn't move my face. Fun times.
She continues to do a job that requires her emotions, and understanding of others emotions despite the challenges. I'm doing art, comics is my main interest and again that requires emotions, or the charecter are rather dead. And lets face it, my characters have some rather dull conversations.

Got a few more, but like... I just really Identify with Violet Evergarden as a character...
So In the evening I drew Violet in my sketch book, as I sat on the window seal. Yes I'm on the 3rd floor, i'm not smart. I then drew me as a doll. And art doll...
"At your request, I will draw anything you could think of.
Forever Canvas Doll. Lily Harping."
Might need to learn oil painting now, to match the time period. hehe.

(the "forever canvas doll" title came from someone on the evergarden fan community. I'm not smart enough with words for that)
