Funny you say that because out of all the ways they could have missed my order, it had to be them giving me a Hawaiian pizza instead of pepperoni with thin tamato slices that I ordered.

I don't like "Hawaiian" pizza much, but I LOVE pineapple on pizza. White sauce with pepperoni (or sausage) and pineapple is one of my favorite combos. Pineapple is good in savory dishes like sweet & sour pork and teriyaki burgers!
But hey, if you don't like it, you don't like it.

Oh I'm just being silly haha, my mom LOVES pineapple on pizza, so I've been "forced" to like it over the years. Though my personal favorite topping combo is bacon and feta cheese ^^

I could get SO fat off of just that pizza, it's soooo yummy... It's simple, but the flavors just work together super well

So, as someone that not long ago discovered the deliciousness of pepperoni + alfredo, thanks to Alps... I am inclined to say give it a whirl, you never know!

TIL that there was any question that ranch was the #1 dipping sauce for pepperoni pizza. The only thing better than ranch is ranch with other stuff in it, like buffalo-ranch.
What other perfect vector is there to add hot sauce to pizza? You can't just pour that stuff on, it's too acrid! You put the hot sauce in the ranch, then you add that perfect blend of cool and spicy to your pie~

Interesting. I used to mix way too much bbq sauce and way too much ranch with chicken, and it did not do wonders for my weight.

ugh. the girls at school 20+ years ago would slather 8+ packets of hidden vally ranch atop a single slice of pizza. it had to be 50% ranch by weight. and the stench spread several tables

I've been from Vancouver to Valparaiso, New York to Bahrain, Tokyo to Perth, Norfolk to Djibouti, and everywhere between. I even enjoyed pizza on Rapa Nui, where the Moai were just down the road.

Islamic countries use chicken to make pepperoni instead of pork, and it is delicious. In Mejillones, Chile, a supreme was thinly sliced tomatoes, goat cheese, onions, peppers, olives, avocados and sliced Vienna sausage. In the UK, they use cheddar instead of mozzarella. In Hawai'i, it's artichoke hearts and ham, but also sausage.

I have sampled pizza in every culture, in every country along the way, and there are no sins on this Big Blue Marble when it comes to toppings on pizza.

Eat whatever you like on yours.

In my defense, the pizza was greasy (which is good) but I was typing up a story and didn't want grease on my keyboard...

I only used the fork. Who needs a knife to cut... edge of a fork works fine.

I won't fight you over that, because it's understandable, and you're just uninformed.

See, in New York, we have "The Sneaker Lean". You're supposed to fold the slice in half, and aim the crust side of the slice outward. Then, holding the top of the folded slice, you lean forward a bit as you eat, so any grease the drips out of the back of the slice falls away from your sneakers.

Oh yeah It dripped all over the plate the other times I ordered it.~ but it was grease on my fingers that I was avoiding!

I love how everyone is commenting on the ranch dipping, but no one has mentioned how Rhea cut the pizza. XD

Some people like pizza and ranch. It's really not that bad of a combo, if I'm being honest.

Dipping pizza in ranch is perfectly natural. Dipping a full slice into a jug of ranch, Rhea definitely tiptoeing back to hell.

this is fairly common, lots of pizza places offer ranch sauce in the little sealed dippie containers, in two forms:
a thick one for dipping and a thinner one with more herbs for poring all over the whole pie.

ill dip the calzone sticks but thats about it.
