Cathy is in a chicken fursuit. It's open-faced like a hoodie, but otherwise full-bodied, decked out in Easter/spring clothing and the like. Pastel ribbon around the neck or waist, for instance. He expression is a little annoyed that she didn't get to be the rabbit. She might be holding some flyers to hand out to mall shoppers, candy to give to kids, or a sign-in clipboard for those who sign up for pictures."
