I did my best to depict "emotions" visually.
We get some insight on how Jimmy's power exactly worked. Him seeing what others feel made it quite easy to tap into their subconcious, and bend it as he wished with his own Anima. Sending disruptive Od waves into the other's soul.
He cannot conjure up feelings from nowhere, he can only influence what is already there. So no, as Jag put it before, Jimmy couldn't make people jump off cliffs. Unless the latent wish to jump off a cliff was already in there. Psycho Mantis style.
