1-bit Possum Things
The unrestricted ZX Spectrum palette seems like it makes quite a vibe in art, though the games usually have one color on an actual sprite. I just wanted a one-bit animation of some kind cause it hit me somehow, so it's just 4 simple actions. Saying this is just practice is always funny to me though, I never did this kind of "basic" thing when I actually started pixeling, instead just jumping into full Advance TF.
I don't know all the restrictions of this thing, but truthfully I loved that amateur looking color bleed when a sprite crosses over a different background tile.

Really cool animation! Awesome to see more people being interested in accurately immitating limited graphics of real old platforms like ZX Spectrum. The only thing worth to mention is that ZX Spectrum is an 8-bit computer so technically this animation is 8-bit too. If it were fully monochromatic with only two colors it would be possible to call it 1-bit. ZX81 games were completely monochrome and these are considered 1-bit. However, it's not hard to imagine your animation in two colors without ceiling and musical notes being white, magenta and blue, so at least it's very suitable for 1-bit graphics.
