It was chaos, trying to get that half of my soul back... Our souls had been merging for over 19 years. Uncle told me it would take decades for our souls to combine fully, that was a truth I accepted. What I didn't expect was those from the demon realm wanting Darius back. They ripped our souls apart to get him back, but our souls were too linked, the separation would kill us both slowly and painfully as our souls decayed. The fight was long, breaking into the realm of demons wasn't easy... Members of the Lupus Thundera, The demon hunter clans tried to keep us from entering the demon realm, the Counsil would rather see me dead than risk us entering that forbidden realm...bastards... though in the end, we entered that infernal place. I could feel myself getting weaker, the more time we spent apart the worse we both got. It took no time at all trying to find my other half and yet the resistance was greater then I could imagined, falling in and out of consciousness Caeli had to carry me but that didn't last, I'm not sure how it happened as I blacked out but...I was on the ground, Air cutters and sharp cuts of rock thrown over head, my siblings were trying to save me and yet my ears felt numb to the noise my eyes could only lock onto one thing...Darius crawling towards me, his shadowy form flickering in and out of view...I felt so helpless...so weak, I could only reach my hand out for him and his out for mine. When our fingers touched and finally our hands it felt like a surge, the decades of merging my uncle predicted happened all at once our wounds and soul damage didn't just repair, it felt like our souls smashed into each other.
