and yes, oshawotts actually have bellybuttons even though 'mons are oviparous; if the scalchop is lost they grow back through it

Even though Osha was comfortable with his size, it's stomach still gurgled and rippled from all the water that filled it, even if none was filling it more. Scor was still bloating up, still working with getting a rounder belly. After a tingling sensation crossed Osha's tummy directly underneath his scalchop, his usually hidden navel suddenly popped into an outie; the shell sent flying from the sudden protrusion! Thankfully, it only landed on Scor's pillow tummy blunt ended; no need to go out looking, and no harm done! Whew.
