Mov did these lovely sketches for me, one of each of Mizu's forms! I would've regretted not getting color for these, because they ended up looking so good!
On the left is feral Mizu! She lives in the MH universe, and is a wild Mizutsune living in the Misty Peaks. Being feral, much of her behavior is based on instinct and survival, but she does exhibit complex social behavior with other monsters, and has full feelings and thoughts too! She may be large and sometimes quite fearsome, but when not aggressive she can be quite gentle! But no matter what, she'll always exhibit pride and elegance, even during battle!
Anthro Mizu, on the other hand, lives in a world much like ours. As an anthro, she's much like a human mentally and physically, save for some parts of her biology! She lives a life much like humans do, with a house and a stable job! She interacts with humans and other monsters on the daily, and unlike her feral self, it's very rare to see her upset. But one trait they have in common is always being as beautiful as possible and showing it off to the world!
