Payment has to be done before commission is started, unless it's stated differently next to a commission when I take it.
Full Refunds can be issued if it's followed by one of the following reasons:
♦ Commission not started after 2 months passes from receiving the payment.
♦ I have to cancel the commission because of my own reasons.
✕ I do not do commission cancels before 2 months passes without any progress on the commission.
✕ I do not refund adoptables
✕ once you place your purchase it is Final. only errors on my part will give cause for refund.
✕ If you arent sure if you have the money, dont commission me!
✔ Check my gallery/scraps to make sure that my art style fits you and your character.
✔ By commissioning me you agree that your commission might be used for advertisement purposes (ex. for FA Ad banner).
✔ Keep track of my Discord for news on commissions/working progress and etc., I post updates for all commissioners to see instead of noting every each one.
✕ If you haven't got a WIP sketch, that means your commission hasn't been started.
✔ WIP sketch will always be provided in a rough sketch form, with some details defined, this is your change to change things you dont like!. you will then get a lining wip, simply as an update, i will not change the lines! [unless i errored] colored WIP's will be only provided if commissioner asks before the commission. If you didn't ask for a inked, colored WIP, next time, after confirming WIP, you will get a finished product.
✔ If your commission is delayed and you want it to be drawn asap or until specific date, please tell me so I could fit you in my schedule in the nearest week.
✔ You can re-upload the commission to your gallery with credit to the artist. Permission must be asked if you want to upload art outside FA./TH/Twitter
✔ Save up your commissions. I do not upload all of them to my gallery anymore and if I did, I may delete it from my gallery anytime.
✔ If I have forgotten any details which were mentioned before commission was started, please tell me within a week from getting the completed commission, I will try to fix it. On the other hand, if you have forgotten to mention something before commission, want some add on's after it's done or a week already passed from providing a finished product, I have the right to refuse fixing, adding extra stuff to the final product
