For the next bit of the 3000 watchers on DA celebration Black Cat is happy to lend her talents,… okay, yeah, she’s not happy at all,… but hey, she’s still part of the celebration, for as long as she remains afloat. ;).
As I did when I hit 2000 watchers it again seemed fitting to get a picture of the first character I ever commissioned, from the first artist I ever commission, in a very similar situation as I first commissioned. It was fitting for 2000, so it seemed fitting for 3000 too, where she likes it or not. ;).
Toughset always does amazing work my favorite, and very sinkable, comic book crush, Black Cat, and she looks incredible here, as always. Great angle and posing with her hands sticking up from the sands to hold the 3 and 0, while giving a great view of her marvelous cleavage bobbing atop the quicksand, and that little peak of her hair floating behind her is a great touch. That quicksand looks extremely treacherous, thick and gooey and heavy, with those big thick bubbles, you get a great sense of how stuck she is. And I love the signs she is holding, the shine off of them and the slight glow of the numbers is a great touch. What really makes this picture though is her expression, that thoroughly unamused look that tells you that she is just completely done with this nonsense, and does not appreciate the joke she is a part of. ;). Marvelously done, and a great way to commemorate this milestone, I’m sure Felicia is looking forward to 4000. ;).
