Have you thought about instead of using Hot Glue to secure the PVC mess to the part that looks to have been 3D Printed. why not start the print, then after a good layer of the print is set down, pause the print, place the mess on top, then resume the print. Saving on having to wait on that hot glue to set. the next time you do one of these?
