shuki's completed work, it was supposed to be flats but she threw is some simple shading since it took longer then she wanted it to.As mentioned in the sketch, this is definatly more Zelith then the sketch was, and I think the whole thing turned out quite nicely.
As a setting based question, is there any reason the programs couldn't be furs? I mean, it's all made up anyway, the human form is arbitrary data representation. Users is a slightly trickier question since they actually ARE human, but even if you couldn't BE a fur a cat shaped catsuit shouldn't be out of the question. I'm probably overthingking this. :3

One could also give the argument that users become a part of the computer until they return to their more natural human form. Take for example the scenario where a program becomes a human (End of Tron Legacy). Would it not be that a human becomes a program in the computer? And would it not be possible to add a few lines of data that changes the human/program into a fur? One could spend hours discussing this.
Though on the subject of the picture... Amazing. and as Datsu (the poster above me) stated, 'Cute.'

Oh one could easily say users are modable in setting, I'm just saying there is atleast A reason for them not to be, where as the programs have NO reason not to be.
I mean, the setting is actually a little worrying if you start thinking about it too much. Only assorted lifeforms have actually made it out of the system, but apperantly both Clu and The Devine Creator thought it was a valid and functional plan th march an army of programs, complete with armor, weapons, and vehicular support out into the real world.
The tech is a little handwavy, but that means other then being obvious about it there's no reason they can't bring a lightcycle into the real world. Or have mods in system affect the eventual port out. But a hart attack victim in the computer, recode his heart, send him back out. Or make someone a fur in actuality and not just simulation. It's... kinda a key plotpoint that these are valid uses of the technology, and that's scary as hell. They're probably better off just locking it back up and forgetting it exists.
