Rusty is a catgirl OC I adopted from a user named Tergonaut. She has a traditional catgirl form seen here, as well as a full anthro cat form that I have no reference for.

She is extremely flirty and loves to tease Ra. She can be human sized or giant sized depending on the situation. She has her own outfits, but the one here is one I designed to give her more attitude and is usually on Chibiusa.
