Bio: Most Jiralhanae are often not conscripted to join the Covenant, but some choose to become mercenaries rather than take the religious path. Padaion, a young self-proclaimed chieftain who attempted to amass a powerbase to rival the Prophets was looked upon as a ridiculous joke, and eventually gave up. Sometime later, he found a destroyed ship which he discovered the crew of General Prometheus N'va. In a trial of combat, Padaion planned to take the general's head as prize in hopes someone would pay for a Covenant high rank trophy. However his young age proved to be weakness and was ultimately defeated, his faction taken from him. Despite winning it, Prometheus rewarded him back, on the condition of becoming his second-in-command and branding their mercenaries as the "Banished". When news came of his defeat but spared, half of the Jiralhanae population rebelled against the Covenant and joined Prometheus and Padaion's Banished.
