TheThirdMew and EternalDarknesss (3 s's, of course) had both made the silly remark in the past that Swadeaqua, being a dragon/psychic type, should automatically know how to use the Pokemon move, Hyper Beam. Reflecting on when I originally designed her some 8+ years ago, I designated her as dragon and psychic since traditional dragons are masters of language (which she is), and because being psychic could further her manipulation techniques. It was not so I could give her giant blast range moves. But because I was nagged persistently about how I refuse to be non-canonical, I decided to go ahead and be plain stupid. So there you go, Swadeaqua using Hyper Beam.

Aside the actual issue with me struggling to make Swadeaqua look like a rage-a-holic blast machine, this picture was almost easy. With a very noticeable light source it wasn't hard for me to work around it and give some nice, strongly contrasted lighting. I don't always have an excuse to use strong light sources, but I really enjoy doing it when I get the chance, and love the results. Swadeaqua is always challenging for me to draw, but cannot really ever complain about her since she's a bit more unique than the standard Mewthree. I really should draw her more often.
