Fen is laid back and calm and tries his best to be a kind, thoughtful person. He’s got chronic resting bitch face so often looks unfriendly and grumpy. He dislikes fully masculine clothing and prefers femme or androgynous clothing and prefers semi revealing stuff. He loves physical affection and being called cute. He also loves making friends but does have a bit of trouble doing so.

Thigh highs, big sweaters, tight clothing, crop tops, collars/harnesses/garter belts, mid thigh length to mini skirt, short shorts, and stuff like that are all in his style. He also likes bells.
