Riley is an anthropomorphic dragon who has big muscles and is Willy Wolf's arch-nemesis. They are known to be one of the main antagonists.

PERSONALITY
They are described as cruel and sometimes sadistic with the skills of a wrestler and the ability to lift heavy objects. They are partners with Brittany Rex, the bad tyrant dino, because of how they both enjoy bullying and demanding others, and steal things to get what they want. They are also known to be Willy Wolf's arch-nemesis due to their attempts to ruin his day and performance by tormenting or knocking him off the spotlight, as their plans fail anyway.

APPEARANCE
Riley has green scales, a yellow belly, large wings, four horns on their head (two on one side each), a large chest and eight-pack abs, ocean blue fins that run down from their head to the tip of their tail, and thick thighs. They wear aviator goggles, fingerless boxing gloves, turquoise vinyl pointe boots, and a turquoise powderpuff ballerina tutu with a rope sash and black peplum belt on top and a large poofy diaper underneath with a image of a barbell on the front.
