When Daisy wasn't in the kitchen. She often found herself in the library or the stables. And today she found herself in the latter. The stables always reminding her of home. She came here to tend to the horses and to reminisce. She knew the past was long gone. But she never wanted to forget it. Pet one of the horses as she fed him some oats. Smiling as she thought of all her fond memories. Ma and Pa teaching her how to read. The first time she got on a horse. And the first time she fell off a horse. Good memories. But. Her reminiscing couldn't last forever as she gave the horse one last pat and headed inside. Ready to face tomorrow.
