Fitting for Mother's Day ^_^
I wanted to make an eeveelution pic of vaporeon and this was really a warmup to getting to the pending commissions (and trades), I also think this is my best vaporeon ever considering I struggle with them more than the other eevee forms ^^
This time done in SAI and finished in Photoshop in the span of 5-6 hours, without a scanned sketch ^^
