Female Eevee used Helium! It's pretty affective against herself, she could probably get used to being like this.
Yep, my first time using custom sprites for inflation, which I don't usually use when I do my sprited inflation art, but I didn't mind using it at all as requested. Again I feel like the shading is off here, though at least the balloon shines look nicer. I did make my own sprite for the helium tank as well, since I didn't wanna go out of my way to find sprites of a helium tank. The background is also the Poke Transfer from Pokemon Black & White, but credit wasn't needed for that unlike the animated character sprites from that game.
